SCAD Fash Invitation- Monochrome

SCAD Fash event invitation inspired by A.F. Vandevorst dress #25 from their Fall 2015 collection titled "Monochrome." This would be a special event, and the invitation would be sent out to specific people to RSVP. This is an interactive, layered invitation featuring intricate foiled and die cut elements. All parts were hand done, sleeve, envelop, card, foiled flaps, RSVP card, and RSVP return envelope.

The title was inspired by how Vandervost did a Fall 2015 “Ready-to-Wear” collection. It was said by Vogue that the couple took a trip to Peru before the creation of this collection, which looked like to be their main inspiration. An already interesting take and perspective, this collection was paired with a black mask the models are wearing with every outfit. Vandervorst backstage said “In our Belgian way, we took out all the colors.”
