Harlow’s purpose is to make the process of adoption faster, so you can view your loved animals, confirmed meet dates in an in-app calendar, view available animals, message fosters/shelters, and view/edit your profile without needing to site jump or fill out multiple applications! Animals are filtered by location and compatibility. Those who fit the most get seen first.
